Spring Scarf - Adding A Glamorous Touch To Any Outfit

It's a beautiful Friday afternoon the sun is out and it finally feels like spring and I'm on my way to meet some friends for a couple of drinks.  I throw on my new scarf from Club Monaco along with a tank and some jeans. As I walk up to the table to meet my friends the first thing I hear is......"What's with the scarf?! It's 80 degrees outside!" . I could not believe they were questioning the hottest accessory for the spring.....The Scarf.  If you've been to the stores lately you might have noticed scarves drapped on every mannequin..I love it!  Tons of celebrities are sporting these light and airy scarves. It is the perfect accessory to dress up any outfit and can be worn with virtually anything. Jessica Alba is one of my favorites wearing these scarves:

Gladiator Sandals - Love them or Hate them?

On my most recent shopping trip to the mall I couldn't help but notice these funky looking sandals everywhere. I seriously couldn't walk into ONE store without seeing these sandals. They were everywhere and in every bright color you can think of! Now I'm the type of person that likes to wear "different" and "unique" items but for some reason these Gladiator Sandals are just not doing it for me. Apparently these sandals are a hot item for Spring 09. Designers such as Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Steve Madden, and BCBGirls are all carrying these must have sandals.  You can score some from $995.00 (Sergio Rossi) to $50 (Steve Madden).
